  • Rob Carolane – Chairperson

    Rob Carolane is a retired consultant facilitator and community engagement practitioner from Wangaratta in northeast Victoria. Rob holds a BSc (ANU – Microbiology) and Advanced Diploma of Group Facilitation and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course.

    Rob’s professional career applied skills in group facilitation, collaborative decision-making, community engagement, and outrage management working with community, government, and industry on environmental impact, sustainability, and strategic community change issues.

    Rob also has a strong interest and expertise in leadership and governance, developed over many years’ service on community Boards.

    Rob has lived with solar power for over 30 years demonstrating a passion for efficient use of renewable energy production, storage, and trading.

  • Amy Huva – Deputy Chairperson

    Amy is a Senior Consultant with ERM, the largest sustainability consulting firm in the world. She is an experienced sustainability and decarbonisation specialist who has worked in Government, non-profit, and the private sector.

    She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (environmental chemistry) from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Certificate in Decision Making for Climate Change from the University of British Columbia.

    Previously, she was the Impact Officer for the Morris Group, responsible for managing the Morris Family Foundation’s philanthropic portfolio. She also developed and led sustainability projects across the Morris Group, liaising with Governments, and delivering GHG reductions across the organisation.

    She is passionate about working to deliver practical carbon reductions that make sustainability the default.

  • Paul Vaccaro - Treasurer

    Paul works across Innovation, Development and Strategy deployment at Kirinari Community Services, a large human services organisation focusing on providing services in regional Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Management/Marketing) and a Graduate Diploma of Accounting from La Trobe University.

    Paul previously worked in Banking and Finance for 20 years before making the change to community services, where he works to implement strategic projects, and guide corporate marketing and business development. Paul has spent time working in accounting, finance, business banking, credit and business improvement, marketing and sales management. Paul was born and raised in North-East Victoria and currently resides in Albury a passionate advocate for regional Australia.

  • Gayle Lee - Director

    Gayle Lee is a CPA and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She owns a farming property partially leased as a solar farm at Glenrowan West and runs an agricultural contracting business with her husband. Gayle is a former General Manager of Bruck Textiles in Wangaratta and a former Director of North East Water and Goulburn Murray Water.

    Gayle is the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Rural City of Wangaratta and a Trustee of the Benalla Cemetery Trust.

    Gayle is also a Director of Indigo Power.

  • Ryan Gale - Director

    Ryan is a commercial and regulatory lawyer in MinterEllison's leading Climate Risk Governance team. Focusing on climate change risks and opportunities through a financial, corporate governance and liability lens, he is known for his ability to communicate complex legal issues across scientific, business and community sectors.

    Ryan also has a background in the procurement of renewable energy projects and advising on complex energy transactions.

    Ryan has a demonstrated passion for addressing critical environmental issues in a corporate context. He has an appreciation of nature and can often be found across Victoria pursuing his love of hiking and surfing.

  • Kirsten Seeto - Executive Officer

    Kirsten is an accomplished leader in the Not-for-Profit sector and has over 20 years of business experience in product development and business analysis, working across a variety of industries both in Australia and overseas. As a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors she combines her business acumen with her sense of community responsibility as a Director on the BeyondHousing Board.

    Kirsten enjoys exploring new ways to minimise her own carbon footprint, leaning heavily on solar power and uncovering new ways to compost almost everything.

    Originally from Guringai and Dharug country, Kirsten can be spotted in the skies over the high country in her paraglider, or hanging out with her Jack Russell dog, Riley in her tiny house.
